(2) According to petitioner, he filed a writ petition challenging seniority list dated 12.9.2016, which was allowed and the said seniority list was quashed and the authorities were directed to re-determine the inter se seniority of direct recruits and promotee Cooperative Inspector Group-II afresh, as per Rule 8 and 9 of the Uttarakhand Government Servant Seniority Rules, 2002. The said judgment was rendered by leaned Single Judge on 26.11.2020. Petitioner contends that the said judgment has not been complied with so far, although the judgment has attained finality. In this regard, petitioner has made a representation to Registrar, Cooperative Societies on 23.3.2026, which is said to be pending. (3) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies be directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation. (4) Learned State Counsel submits that decision shall be taken as early as possible. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing Registrar, Cooperative Societies to examine petitioner’s representation and pass 2026:UHC:3084 necessary order, as per law, within ten weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
