1. Heard Mr Dipesh Siroya, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and Ms Saba Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1-Bank.
2. The Petitioner has preferred an Appeal along with an Interim Application before Respondent No.3-Appellate Authority, against the order dated 3rd June 2026, by which the Petitioner was dismissed from service.
3. Considering the averments made in the Petition and the reliefs sought, the Respondent No.3 shall hear and decide the Interim Application within a period of 6 weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
4. Keeping all the contentions open in that regard, the Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No costs.
