The petitioner seeks execution of an order passed by the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal on 29th January, 2025 in OA 144 of 2025. 2. As submitted by Mr. Barik, a contempt application in respect of the self-same order is pending before the Tribunal which has been non- functional from 9th September, 2025 and is presently not in session. 3. However, since the contempt application is pending since 8th September, 2025 for the very same relief as claimed in this writ petition, I am bound by the decision of this Hon’ble Court in WP.ST Page 2 209 of 2025 and WP.ST 210 of 2025 (Anindya Sundar Das Vs.
