Heard Sri Viswanath Challa, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri C.Praveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings Department. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that, the authorities have already paid the net amount to the petitioner after making statutory deductions as such nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition. 4 4. In view of the above submissions, as the authorities have already paid the net amount to the petitioner after making statutory deductions, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner still feels that the cause survives, he/she is at liberty to move appropriate application within two (02) months in accordance with law. No costs.
