Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that he had been subjected to a disciplinary proceeding and was meted out a punishment of stoppage of eight increments with cumulative effect. The said order of punishment has been challenged and is pending before the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal being O.A. No. 1216 of 2016. 3. In terms of the decision of the Hon’ble Division Bench in WPST 209 of 2025 with WPST 210 of 2025 (Anindya Sundar Das vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.), the instant writ petition cannot be entertained as there is no urgency in the matter and since the same has been pending consideration before the Tribunal for quite some time till now. 4. In the light of the aforestated, this writ petition is dismissed. 2 5. There will be no order as to costs. 6.
