JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, the Petitioner/Pw-1, most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble court be pleased to Set aside order dated 25-10-2015, in CC No. 20118/2015, passed by the VIII ACMM at Bangalore, allowing the re-call application of Pw01, for the purpose of cross examination. Pending on the file of VIII ACMM at Bangalore, and grant such other equitable relieves deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Pradeep H.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. Channappa Erappa, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. What is called in question is an order on an application filed by the accused under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. seeking recall of several witnesses. Those witnesses have been permitted to be recalled. The complainant claims to be - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16134 CRL.P No. 16447 of 2025 aggrieved by the said order. There is no warrant of interference with the said order. But, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings be closed within a time bound. 4. In the light of the proceedings being of the year 2015, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the matter within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier.
