JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct early disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition No.23/2025, pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chamarajanagara, in the interest of justice." 2. Owing to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had interdicted further proceedings before the concerned Court by directing that the concerned Court shall not pass any judgment on the issue. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application calling in question an order of rejection of an application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., is still pending before the Revisional Court and in the same breath, the appeal is sought to be disposed. In that light, learned counsel restricts - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010509222026 NC: 2026:KHC:45412 CRL.P No. 11111 of 2026 his prayer to the disposal of the revision petition challenging the application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. 4. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to pass necessary orders upon the revision petition where the challenge is to the application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., within an outer limit of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
