1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, commanding the respondent authorities specifically Respondent No.6 to execute the final order dated 06.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) in Revenue case no. 107/A- 12/2024-25 passed by the Additional Collector Bilaspur and conduct the physical demarcation of Petitioner's land within a stipulated time-bound period. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may issue an appropriate writ or direction to the Collector, Bilaspur to initiate immediate departmental enquiry and disciplinary proceedings against the erring Revenue Inspector (Circle Juna Bilaspur) for gross insubordination, dereliction of statutory duty, and disobedience of superior orders dated 02.07.2026 and
20.08.2026. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court Pass any other order(s) or relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by the Additional Collector, Bilaspur, whereby a direction was issued for demarcation of the land in question after following due process of law, the authorities have not carried out the demarcation. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3

Learned State counsel submits that respondent No.7 has preferred a revision against the order dated 06.05.2026 before the concerned Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, which is pending for adjudication. Therefore, the demarcation proceedings could not be undertaken. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that a revision against the order dated 06.05.2026 is stated to be pending before the concerned Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned authority where the demarcation proceedings are pending, and in which he has also been impleaded as a party and pursue the matter in accordance with law. 6. In case the revision preferred by respondent No.7 is pending before the concerned Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, the concerned Commissioner is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. The State is directed to communicate this order to the concerned officer for necessary compliance. 8. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Sd/-
