In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure-A) passed by respondent No.2 and sought for a direction to the respondents not to interfere and disturb the possession and enjoyment of the schedule land. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and careful consideration of the impugned order would indicate that, the original land bearing Sy.No.17 was renumbered as Sy.No.337 to an extent of 1 acre 20 guntas in Mallasandra Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bagepalli Taluk, which has been granted in favour of one Sri.Baita Venkatarayappa and his brother Dodda Venkatarayappa. It is forthcoming that, there is an error crept in entering - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010179842025 NC: 2026:KHC:46173 WP No. 8942 of 2025 the name in katha in Survey No.337 instead of 326 in respect of land in question. 4. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to rectify the same and establish his right over the land in question in the manner known to law. Thereafter, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities to effect changes in revenue entries. 5. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the writ petition.
