JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.17047/2025 registrered for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2, 351(2), 352 and 74 of BNS Act. 2. Heard Sri. Sunil Kumar B.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Deepti Alva, learned HCGP - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010553942026 NC: 2026:KHC:45696 CRL.P No. 12313 of 2026 appearing for respondent No.1, Sri Anil C.K., learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record. 3. During the pendency of these proceedings, it transpires that the parties to the lis have entered into a settlement and have placed on record such settlement along with the joint memo of Compromise. Terms of settlement reads as follows: "JOINT MEMO The Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 most respectfully submits as follows, 1. It is submitted that the Respondent No. 2 had filed a complaint against the Petitioner and a FIR was registered in crime No. 29/2025 dated 17/02/2025 by the Channamanakere achukattu Police station, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under section 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352 and 74 of the BNS Act. 2. It is submitted that both the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 have agreed that due to the intervention of elders and well-wishers they are agreed for the quashing of the case in crime No. 29/2025 dated 17/02/2025 by the Channamanakere achukattu Police station, Bengaluru for - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010553942026 NC: 2026:KHC:45696 CRL.P No. 12313 of 2026 the offences punishable under section 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352 and 74 of the BNS Act, now in C.C. NO 17047/2025 Pending before the 37ACJM Court, Bengaluru. 3. It is submitted that, the Respondent No. 2 agrees to withdraw the case filed against the Petitioner. Both the Parties are agreeing withdraw the allegations against each other and they do not ha any grievance, hatred, ill will against each other and both want move forward in their life peacefully for the sake of goodness a happiness. WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to accept the Joint Memo of terms of Compromise and allow the above Application in the interest of justice and equity". 4. In the light of application for compounding being filed along with the joint affidavit and offences not being against the State, I deem it appropriate to accept the compounding application along with joint memo and terminate the proceedings against the petitioner in the subject petition. 5. For the aforesaid reasons, the following: ORDER - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010553942026 NC: 2026:KHC:45696 CRL.P No. 12313 of 2026 i. Criminal Petition stands disposed. ii.
