(3) Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner is being engaged only during fire season and he is not regularly engaged in the department. He, however, submits that if petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the competent authority by making a representation. (4) Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the Divisional Forest Officer concerned. If he makes representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
