During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that after filing this Appeal both appellant and respondent died and hence no cause is survives for adjudication in this appeal and requested to dismiss the appeal. 3. The said submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
