Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2. Petitioner is before this court seeking for the following reliefs: a. issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the order bearing NO Sam/M.A.P(2)/Gadiparu/10/2025 dated 13.07.2026, passed by Respondent No. 2 under Section 55 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963, - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010586312026 NC: 2026:KHC:45883 WP No. 26235 of 2026 directing the Petitioner to remove himself from the jurisdiction of Mysuru City, produced herein as Annexure-A; b. consequently, declare that the Petitioner is entitled to reside and carry on his lawful occupation within the jurisdiction of Mysuru City, without being subjected to the externment order passed under Annexure-A; c. issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, including in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, against the order of externment, the petitioner had filed a review petition under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in Criminal Revision Petition No.152/2025, which came to be dismissed on 29.06.2026 confirming the order of externment. 4. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 58 of the Karnataka Police Act, 1963.Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed.
