1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the nature of the grievance raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to submit a representation before the competent authority/Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy, 2025, and to approach the said Committee for redressal of his grievance.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
