The Petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the non-action of the respondent No.3 in the application moved by the petitioner on 18.08.2026 for grant of Child Care Leave of 90 days. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was filed by the petitioner on 18.08.2026 as she being a RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI Date: 2026.09.26 11:25:41 +0530 2 Constable posted at Police Station – Bilaspur, seeking Child Care Leave for 90 days, is not being considered in accordance with the provisions of Rule 38-C of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services leave Rules, 2010. 3. Learned State counsel as per the instructions submits that during the course of the day, the application moved by the petitioner (Annexure P- 1) would be considered and order granting 90 days of Child Care Leave would be granted in accordance with the provisions of Rule 38-C of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services leave Rules, 2010. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the statement made by learned State counsel, as per his instructions, that the application dated 18.08.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner for grant of Child Care Leave for a period of 90 days shall be considered during the course of the day and the petitioner shall be granted Child Care Leave for 90 days in accordance with Rule 38-C of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services Leave Rules, 2010, no further adjudication is required in the matter. 6. In view of the aforesaid statement, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application dated 18.08.2026 (Annexure P-1) and grant Child Care Leave for a period of 90 days, in accordance with Rule 38-C of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services Leave Rules, 2010, during the course of the day. 3 7. It is made clear that the aforesaid exercise shall be undertaken strictly in terms of the statement made by learned State counsel before this Court. 8.
