By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 May, this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to called for the records of Namantaran Panji of khasra no. khasra no. 477/7, plot no. 31/5 area 912 sqft. from the respondent no. 3. 10.2 May, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the Namantaran Panji No. 128 i.e. mutation order in the name of respondent no. 5 and 6. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the documents have already been supplied by the concerned Tahsildar. However, certain documents are still required by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioners seeks a direction to the concerned Tahsildar to supply the relevant documents, and accordingly, the present petition has been filed. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State as well as respondent No. 6 submits that they have no objection if such a direction is issued. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to submit an appropriate application before the concerned Tahsildar clearly mentioning the documents required by him. Upon receipt of such application, the concerned Tahsildar shall consider the same and supply the documents, if available with him, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. The petitioners shall also mention the proper revenue case number in the application so that the same may be duly considered and the relevant documents, if available, may be supplied to him. 7.
