Ms. Soni Ojha …for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decree-holder praying for a direction upon the District Consumer disputes Redressal Forum to dispose of the Execution Case being No. EA/37/2018, expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application more particularly the order dated 14th July, 2026, this Court finds that 10th September, 2026 has been fixed for filing of the written objection by the judgment debtor against the petition dated 18th November, 2025 filed by the decree- holder. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, North 24 Parganas at Barasat, to make an endeavour to take up the hearing of the petition dated 18th November, 2025 on the next date fixed i.e. 2 on 10th September, 2026, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After the disposal of the said application, the learned District Commission is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the execution case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind that the same is pending from the year 2018. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisites formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
