The present Family Court Appeal has been preferred challenging the order and decree dated 02.12.2008 passed by the Family Court, Rajahmundry in O.P.No.52 of 2008 in dismissing the petition filed by the appellant/petitioner herein for dissolution of marriage. 2. During the course of hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides submitted that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat. But no instructions from the clients. 3. Considering the same, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. If any instructions received from the parties, they are at liberty to file an application for restoration of the appeal. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
