Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to conduct Phodi and Durasth in respect of the subject land. In this regard, I am of the view that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority through online for conducting Phodi and Durasth. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by filing an application through online for conducting Phodi and Durasth in respect of the subject land.
