Mr. Piyush Garg, Advocate, submitted that the said First Appeal (No. 30 of 2018, “Smt. Anarkali Vs. Narendra Pal Singh”) has been finally decided vide judgment dated 20.03.2026. Therefore, the petitioner is requesting to permit her to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 04.02.2026 in the Second Appeal along with judgment dated 20.03.2026. 5. The present writ petition (WPMS No. 550 of 2026) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner, as prayed by Mr. Piyush Garg, Advocate. 6.
