1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record.
2. By presenting this writ petition prayer is made upon concerned police authorities to take steps which would permit petitioner to enjoy peaceful possession of the property in question and also to get benefit of usufruct of said property. It is alleged that local persons are disturbing peaceful possession of petitioner over the property in question and in this regard an order was passed by a coordinate Bench on 31st July, 2025 on another writ petition being WPA 15027 of 2025 preferred by petitioner.
3. State respondents are represented by learned advocates.
4. On perusal of order dated 31st July, 2025 passed by the coordinate Bench on the writ petition being WPA
15027 of 2025, it appears that necessary direction was passed on said writ petition taking note of similar fact situation.
5. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
