3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has approached respondents No.2 to 4 by way of representations at Annexures-J, K, P and R and submitted that aforementioned representations had to

be considered based on the recommendation and report forwarded by respondents No.3 and 4 to respondent No.2.
4. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representations at Annexures-J, K, P and R, in accordance with law, in the light of the recommendation and report forwarded by respondents No.3 and 4 to respondent No.2, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
