Smt.Priyanka Yavagal, counsel for the respondent appeared in person and submits that a memo has been filed and the same may be placed on record and the petition may be disposed of in terms of the memo. 4. The memo is placed on record and the same reads as under: "The undersigned counsel submits that upon the petitioners having deposited 15% of the due amount, the possession of the property has been re-delivered to the petitioners. Further, in view of the fact that the impugned Annexure-B having become stale, this writ petition does not survives for consideration. In view of the above, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose the captioned matter as infructuous, in the interest of justice." 5.
