JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010539672026 NC: 2026:KHC:45534 WP No. 24447 of 2026 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to: i. Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Court of Addl. Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi to consider and dispose of I.A.No.17, filed under Order 22 Rule 10 CPC dated 28.06.2024 in O.S.No.858/2014, expeditiously and in any event within a period of [four/six/eight weeks] and also directing dispose of the above suit expeditiously within a period of one/two year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed herein; ii. Pass any other order or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, this Court has called for a report from the concerned Court on how much time it requires to dispose of the matter. Considering the same, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing Addl.
