Issue Writ of Order setting aside the Order on I.A.No.4 dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Hon'ble I Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru in M.C.No.1421 of 2021, to the extent of directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000.00 to the Respondent towards the miscellaneous expenses of the children from the date of application i.e., 01.07.2023 till monthly interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) from 21.12.2023 till the disposal of this Petition and one time litigation expenses of Rs.50,000.00 (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only), (Annexure-A). ii. Issue a Writ or Order dismissing the I.A.No.4 under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act directing the Petitioner to pay a monthly interim maintenance of Rs.2,00,000.00 per month and also litigation expenses of Rs.50,000.00; iii. Sri.Suman.K.S, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri.Ravindranath.K, learned counsel for the respondent are present. The petitioner Sri.Vybhav Kumar Jain and respondent Smt.Pooja Gandhi are also present in person. 3. Both the learned counsel state that there is amicable settlement of all the issues between the parties before the mediator and the Memorandum of Settlement is also on record. Both the learned counsel seeks to dispose of writ petition recording the terms of Memorandum of Settlement. 4. Gone through the contents of Memorandum of Settlement filed by the Karnataka Mediation Centre, Bengaluru. 5.
