Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Badarpur P.S. Case No.48/2025 under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 316(5) of BNS, 2023, r/w Section 21(1), 21(2), 21(3) of Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019. 3. The present petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 11.03.2026. Pursuant to that order, the petitioner Md. Jahangir @ Jahangir Ansari has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with police investigation. For the aforesaid reasons, the present petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. His pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 4.
