NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has sought for writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the endorsement bearing No. ¨ÉA.C.¥Áæ./PÀA.C.(zÀ)/873/2022-23 dated 29.06.2022. She has also sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make out khatha in favour of the petitioner in the light of the representation made by her dated 11.06.2018 and 18.07.2019. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010385822022 NC: 2026:KHC:44280 WP No. 16965 of 2022 2. The petitioner claims that she was allotted a site bearing No.1241 in Banashankari VI Stage, 7th Bock, Bengaluru, measuring east to west 9 meters and north to south 6 meters. Later, the respondent-BDA informed the petitioner that the site so allotted is not available as it was already allotted to respondent No.4. The petitioner therefore pursued the respondents for allotment of an alternate site. 3. In the meanwhile, the respondent issued an endorsement stating that the khatha of the property allotted to the petitioner cannot be transferred to the petitioner since it is already allotted to the respondent No.4. Being aggrieved by the said endorsement, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. During the pendency of this writ petition, the respondents were called upon to allot an alternate site to the petitioner and accordingly an alternate site is allotted to the petitioner. A sale deed is executed in favour of petitioner on 14.08.2026 thereby conveying site bearing No.B7-SF-3117/C at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010385822022 NC: 2026:KHC:44280 WP No. 16965 of 2022 5. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to take steps to enter the name of the petitioner in the property register extract maintained by the respondent No.1 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
