By this application, the applicant has sought exemption from placing on record the certified copies of the impugned orders dated 03.02.2026 and 2026:MLHC:600 12.05.2026 passed by the Special Judge (POCSO), West Garo Hills District in Special (POCSO) Case No. 39 of 2025. Mr. S. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that as procurement of certified copies of the aforesaid orders is likely to take some time, the applicant may be allowed to prefer the connected revision petition without the certified copies of the impugned orders. Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing for the State-respondent, has no objection to the prayer made. This application is, therefore, disposed of by allowing the applicant to prefer the connected revision petition without production of certified copies of the impugned orders, on condition that the certified copies of the said orders shall be placed before this Court as and when the same are obtained by the applicant.
