This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance to the family. 2. The applicant has earlier made an application before the trial Court and the trial Court had passed an order rejecting the application on 12.08.2026. The office note is placed before this Court dated 21.09.2026. Earlier, the present applicant has filed application for temporary bail on 19.08.2026, and thereafter, the said application was withdrawn. After the said application was withdrawn, the present applicant has not filed any application before the trial Court. Moreover, the jail remarks indicates that the conduct of the applicant is not good. No justifiable reasons have been given for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is made out.
