Heard Sri.Akkimanjunath Gowda K, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for the respondent-State and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 2. Charges are framed and trial is on. The petitioners would restrict his prayer for a direction to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the proceedings in C.C.No.20830/2021. 4. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and the offence being one punishable under Section 354D of IPC, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order in accordance with law. 5. It is needless to observe that the parties to the lis would cooperate for the conclusion of the proceedings.
