1. The petitioner herein has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India claiming the following reliefs :-
“10.01 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 02 to decide the pending complaint of the petitioner dated 17.06.2026 in accordance with law within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit. 10.02 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed herewith.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is dispute in respect of grant of permit in favour of respondent No. 3 and as such, complaint has been made by the petitioner, however, it has not been decided till date though the authorities have taken cognizance of the complaint and have issued notice to respondent No. 3 but respondent No. 3 is not responding to the said notice and thus, the complaint has not been decided, therefore, necessary direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2/concerned authority to decide petitioner’s complaint within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law and in accordance with the letter dated 15/07/2026 passed by the State Transport Authority (STA), Raipur. 3
3. Learned State counsel submits that the concerned authority is under obligation to decide the application filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.
Having considered the aforesaid limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is hereby directed that respondent No. 2/concerned authority shall consider and decide petitioner’s complaint taking note of letter dated 5/07/2026 issued by the State Transport Authority (STA), Raipur to respondent No. 3 preferably within 30 days from today, absolutely in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
