P/U/S 302, 392, 201, 120B R/W 34 OF IPC.THE VI ADDL.DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE, BENGALURU RURAL DISTRICT, BENGALURU. THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY
ORAL ORDER
1. This is a successive bail application filed by accused No.2 in SC No.9/2025 pending before the Court of VI Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, arising out of Crime No.129/2024 registered by Madanayakanahally Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302, 392, 201 and 34 of IPC, seeking regular bail. 2. Material on record would go to show that petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.8285/2025, Crl.P.No.16939/2025 and Crl.P.No.12746/2025, which were all dismissed. Subsequently, petitioner had once again approached this Court for the fourth time in Crl.P.No.4941/2026, which was dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to renew her bail application before the Trial Court if trial is not commenced within a reasonable time. After the aforesaid order

was passed in Crl.P.No.4941/2026 on 11.06.2026, immediately thereafter, petitioner has filed a fresh bail application before the Trial Court in Crl.Misc.No.1467/2026, which was dismissed on 23.07.2026. 3.
Petitioner, who was granted liberty in Crl.P.No.4941/2026 to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court, if the trial is not commenced within a reasonable period of time, has filed a fresh bail application before the Trial Court without waiting for a reasonable time. Therefore, the Trial Court was fully justified in dismissing Crl.Misc.No.1467/2026. Crl.P.No.12746/2025 was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew her bail application if there is any change in circumstances. No such change in circumstances is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner. Under the circumstances, I am of the opinion that this petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 4. However, it is made clear that this order will not come in the way of the petitioner renewing her bail application before the Trial Court pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4941/2026 dated 11.06.2026 if the trial is not
