By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The petitioner prays to the Hon'ble Court for calling of the records pertaining to the above subject matter for perusal of the dispute. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass the order/direction for the respondent authorities to completed the enquiry as per direction dated 18.11.2025 and submit the report for revival of the said society as early as possible to secure the right of the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2. On instructions, learned State counsel submits that the order dated 18.11.2025 shall be complied with within one month. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned authority may be directed to ensure that the same is complied with positively. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3 5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the submissions of both the parties, as well as the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Additional Collector, Bilaspur (C.G.), the concerned authority is directed to ensure compliance with the said order. Upon compliance thereof, the concerned authority is further directed to file an affidavit before the Registrar (Judicial) showing compliance with the order passed by this Court. 6.
