1. During the pendency of the writ petition, it appears that the concerned authority has already passed an order in the disciplinary proceedings which was initiated sometime in the year 2017. This order has been passed sometime in the year 2026.
2. The petitioner intends to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceeding.
3. However, the instant writ petition has lost its force in view of the final order passed by the concerned authority.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
5. There will be no order as to costs.
6. Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
