The case is of the year 2021. 5 years have passed by. Accused No.1 thought it fit to continue the proceedings till it reached the stage of final arguments and is now wanting to knock at the doors of this Court invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. / Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023. 4. In the light of the matter being at the stage of final arguments that too listed on 29.08.2026, I decline to entertain the subject petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to urge all the contentions before the concerned Court.
