No. 118 of 2009 granting maintenance of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) per month to respondent no.1 herein and Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to respondent no.2 herein. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, on instructions has submitted that subsequent to filing of the appeal, both the appellant and respondents have compromised and hence no further orders are required in this appeal and requested to close the appeal. 3. The submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant is taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is closed. No costs.
