1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 0069 dated 12.05.2022, under Sections 302 and 34 IPC (corresponding Sections 103 and 3(5) of BNS) and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station City 1 Sangrur, District Sangrur, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned Trial Court vide judgment dated 20.08.2026. Accordingly, it is submitted that present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
