The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the respondent No. 3 has failed and neglected to supply electricity connection to the writ petitioner in spite of application made by her. 3. Learned advocate submits that necessary direction be issued upon the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the application of the writ petitioner for electricity connection. 4. Mr. S.C.Mishra, learned advocate for the respondent submits that the respondent authorities have already considered the application of the writ petitioner and have rejected the same on the ground that relevant document were not enclosed in the said application. 5. Learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits that her client is ready and willing to furnish necessary documents before the respondent No.3 and prays for such liberty. 6. In the facts and circumstances this writ application stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is granted liberty to 2 furnish the relevant documents which is required by the respondent authority in her application for electricity connection afresh. 7. In the event necessary documents are enclosed, the respondent No.3 being the Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department, Dollygunj Site office, Sri Vijaya Puram, South Andaman District shall reconsider and decide application of the writ petitioner for electricity connection within a period of four weeks upon giving the writ petitioner and her learned advocate an opportunity of being heard. 8.
