5. The petitioner is in custody since the day of his arrest and 01 year, 05 months and 11 days have gone by. Out of 10 witnesses, only 3 witnesses have been examined till date. However, learned State counsel informs the Court that the petitioner is involved in 8 other cases and has already been convicted in two cases under the NDPS Act. 6. On a query having been raised by the Court, learned State counsel is not able to point out the exact quantities of Alprazolam and Etizolam in the mixture, as the same is a powder containing both elements. 7. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 8. That being so, the petition is found to be devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed. 9. However, nothing stated herein above shall be construed to be an opinion on the merits of the case. 10. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
