Given the said facts, the present writ petition is disposed of at this juncture, directing the respondent Authorities to immediately process the claims of petitioner herein in the light of the aforesaid decision passed by this Court on the same subject-matter, within an outer limit of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
