It is submitted by the learned advocate for the writ petitioner that there are certain technical mistakes in the writ petition and many facts are not incorporated and he prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh. 3. In the facts and circumstances leave is granted to the writ petitioner to withdraw the writ application and to file afresh if permissible as per law. 4. It is hereby made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and all points of law will be kept open. 5. With the above direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
