Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, presently posted as Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Jora, Block Dharsiva, District Raipur, is aggrieved by the impugned transfer order dated 08.09.2026, whereby she has been transferred to accommodate respondent No.5, who was promoted and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Khorsi, only about ten months earlier. He submits that the petitioner is a divorcee, responsible for her aged parents, and is herself suffering from serious eye ailments requiring multiple surgeries. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 18.09.2026 (Annexure P/6) before the competent authority and, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said representation. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the above prayer. 3.
