Mr. Hossain, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of the instant contempt application, the Court’s order dated February 24, 2026 in WPA 403 of 2009 has been duly and substantially complied with by the alleged contemnor. 3. Having taken into account, the report of the alleged contemnor as above and similar submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Court finds no further necessity for keeping this matter pending or adjudication as the order of the Court as above has now been completely and substantially complied with by the alleged contemnor. 4.
