Mr. Dinesh Chauhan, learned AGA for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.15 of 2026 under Sections 310, 331(4), 3(5), 317(3) of BNS & Section 3 read with Section 25 & Section 4 read with Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is case of parity as the co-accused having similar and identical role has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2026 and therefore, the case of the applicant is of parity. He submits that applicant may be released on bail on the ground of parity. 6. Learned State counsel has not opposed the bail application. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Wasif be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 9.
