1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS/Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., seeking issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 4 not to conduct unnecessary raids at the house of the petitioners pursuant to the representation dated 22.08.2026, not to arrest the petitioners by falsely implicating them in any false or fabricated case in the absence of any cause of action or material evidence against them, and not to repeatedly call them to the police station in connection with FIR No.114 dated 13.08.2026, registered under Sections 304 and 61(2) of the BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.08.2026 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, and that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 22.08.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the SAURAV PATHANIA 2026.08.27 18:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
2 CRM-M-48021-2026 petitioner and take necessary action thereupon, in accordance with law, within a time-bound manner.
3. Notice of motion to the official respondents only.
4. Mr. Baljinder Singh Sra, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the needful shall be done in due course.

Keeping in view the prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 22.08.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, and to take appropriate action, if so required.
6. However, if respondent No.2 does not find any substance in the allegations levelled in the representation, the petitioner shall be informed thereof in accordance with law.
7. Petition stands disposed of.
8. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
