1. By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:-
“10:1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order, direction and direct the respondent No. 2(Tahsildar) to comply the order dated 30.01.2025 of the Hon'ble High Court in WPC No. 1976/2019. Further, may kindly direct the authorities to register the case and inquire according to the Act and Rule and pass order on applications. 10:2. That, the Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order, direction issuance of bhoomiswami right. 10:3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deem fit and appropriate.”

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. In view of the aforesaid submission nothing further remains to be considered in the present matter.
3. At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/-
