1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the unauthorised construction on the third and fourth floor of the property bearing no. D-15/22-23, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi.
2. The demolition order concerning the fourth floor of the property was passed by the respondent/MCD on 21st January, 2026.
3. A status report has been handed over on behalf of the respondent/MCD, which is taken on record.
4. In the status report, it has been stated that the private respondents no. 2 and 3 have filed an appeal against the demolition order before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD), wherein interim protection has been This is a digitally signed order.
