Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned orders passed by the respondent - authorities, would indicate that the title in respect of the land in question has to be considered in the pending suit in O.S.No.5114/2022 on the file of Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City. 3. Taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, as the remaining extent of land after acquisition made under the Land Ceiling Act has to be considered as to division of property between petitioners as well as respondent No.5 and 6, I am of the view that, both the authorities were justified in relegating the petitioners to establish right over the property in question in the pending suit. 4.
