1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a doctor by profession and he is intending to get his admission in the MD course but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not providing the domicile and NCL certificate. She prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal.
2. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3. Accordingly, WPA 17771 of 2026 stands disposed of.
4. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities.
