Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer (a) in respect of directing the respondents not to proceed with the proposed allotment or diversion of any portion of the land bearing Survey No.60 measuring 4 acres 28 guntas situate at Bommashettihalli Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, pending adjudication of the rights of the petitioner before the Special Deputy Commissioner in R.R.T.(2)C.R.25/1997-98 (Annexure- K). 5.
